Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Risk Advisor to provide first-line risk advisory and assurance within our organisation.
The role involves collaborating with the business to align strategic objectives with robust risk management practices. Your key responsibilities will be:
- To establish effective working relationships with managers at all levels to support and promote risk-aware practices and behaviours.
- To guide and support the organisation in adhering to risk management policies, processes, and requirements.
- To foster a risk-aware culture within the organisation by educating staff about organisational risk.
- To provide insights, advice, and recommendations to senior leaders on risk behaviours, decision-making, and practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in banking and/or risk & compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in writing professional reports.
- Able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Able to identify and analyse critical problems to uncover hidden insights.
