
Online Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive the commercial performance of our online store.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Website Trading & Merchandising:
- Create and implement strategies to increase onsite engagement, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Analyse traffic sources and onsite behavior to improve site performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to ensure visual appeal and alignment with product offerings.
- Conduct regular CRO testing and analysis to inform UX improvements and funnel optimisation.
- Manage checkout optimisation, mobile performance, and user journey refinement to enhance customer experience.
- Deliver regular analytics reports and insights to support channel strategy and revenue growth.
- Customer Experience & Retention:
- Owning the full on-site experience across homepage, PDP, checkout, and post-purchase journey.
- Ensure seamless functionality and brand alignment from acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Support onsite loyalty and retention execution, ensuring frictionless engagement with CRM, rewards, and re-marketing programs.
- Work closely with customer service teams to maintain elevated service standards at all touchpoints.
- SEO & Content Management:
- Owning onsite SEO execution, including site structure, metadata, internal linking, and tagging.
- Ensure product and content updates align with organic search trends and best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce management.
- Demonstrated success in growing online sales, improving conversion rates, and driving AOV.
- Proven track record in conversion rate optimisation and online sales growth.
- Experience in fashion or retail sectors is preferred.
