Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers who have fallen victim to fraud and scams.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced call centre environment with a rotating roster, requiring in-office attendance for training, followed by hybrid working arrangements with a mix of home and office hub days (20% in-office requirement).

Main Responsibilities

- Deliver excellence in customer service and innovation through in-depth scam conversations and exercising judgment to assess potential scams
- Adhere to protocols, processes, and procedures, and adapt to change
- Multitask across several banking tools

Skill Requirements

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- High level of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality and privacy principles
- Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry, focusing on Online and Mobile roles
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, including personal, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to resolve basic customer complaints
