Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Financial Services Specialist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial services to internal and external stakeholders. This includes managing bank statements and receipt journals, reconciling payments from PMS receipts versus bank statements, and posting petty cash/other journals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank statements and receipt journals to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile payments from PMS receipts versus bank statements to identify any discrepancies.
  • Post petty cash/other journals to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar financial services role.
  • A graduate or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve financial discrepancies.
