Job Overview

The structural engineering consultant plays a vital role in delivering presales support for technical software products and collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth through technical consulting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to sales, marketing, and Channel Partner teams by conducting benefit-oriented demonstrations, workshops, and collateral promoting Bentley solutions for structural analysis and design.
  • Contribute to the development of technical proposals and benchmarks.
  • Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.
  • Collaborate with product development groups to enhance the product based on user feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in structural-engineering consulting and design.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of software experience with STAAD.Pro in real-time projects. Priority given to candidates with additional experience on RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, or other structural engineering software.
  • Detailed and creative problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel across the country and region up to 25% of time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate the Bentley Software suite.
