Banjo's Corporation is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at our Campbell Town store.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for managing the front of house employees, producing and serving high quality foods, drinks, and coffees, and following Banjo's established WHS practices.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, love working as part of a team, and take pride in merchandising the café products. They will also have experience in providing excellent customer service, be reliable, organised, and a good communicator, and be open to opportunities to grow their career in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
