The Role

  • Produce high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day as a skilled baker.
  • Collaborate with other bakers and the production manager to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Adhere to established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
