We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales and Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Campbell Town store. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The Opportunity
  • Exceeding customer expectations with fast and friendly service.
  • Leading by example, consistency, and communication to inspire staff to achieve more.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with managing front-of-house employees.
  • Producing and serving high-quality foods, drinks, and coffees.
  • Following established WHS practices to ensure safety at work.
  • Working across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
About You

You will possess a positive attitude, love working as part of a team, and take pride in merchandising café products. You should have experience in providing excellent customer service, be reliable, organized, and a good communicator who can support other team members in a great team environment.
