At the Pierre Fabre Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Finance and Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our business across both Dermo-Cosmetic (Avene and Klorane brands) and Pharmaceutical (innovative oncology) segments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial controlling and reporting, commercial analysis, and financial planning and analysis. This will include key partnerships in the closing process, calculation of slow-moving and obsolescence provisions, transfer pricing, and support for commercial teams on pricing, cost of goods, discounts, promotions, and customers hierarchy.

In addition, you will provide financial planning and analysis support, including rolling forecasts, budgeting, and ad-hoc models and analysis. You will work closely with managers to produce monthly costs trackers, challenge year-to-go assessments, and analyze landing. High level of autonomy is required as well as ability to think out of the box and proactively solve issues.

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and/or Management Control, supplemented by at least 1 year's experience in this field. You must have an aptitude for commercial and financial analysis, excellent understanding of accounting, commercial issues, and operations. Impeccable ethics, accountability, flexibility, and result-oriented mindset are demanded. Excellent communication skills are essential to facilitate meetings aiming at improving business performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
