Project Leadership Opportunity

Embark on a high-impact role as a seasoned project leader, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes for clients and communities.

This position involves leading multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute mining infrastructure and advisory projects. Your strong background in tailings and civil projects will be instrumental in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or relevant project management qualifications. You will have proven experience managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing work programs to deliver engineering services with respect to mine waste management.
  • Delivering a program of projects for key clients through effective stakeholder management and contractor oversight.
  • Supporting concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Proven project management experience including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service within time constraints.
