The Complaints & Disputes Analyst will assist in investigating and resolving internal and external customer complaints and disputes regarding retail and wholesale policies for Australia and New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and disputes
  • Prepare determinations for Internal Disputes Resolution (IDR) and External Disputes Resolution (EDR)
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and business units
  • Attend EDR Conciliation Conferences and negotiate settlements
  • Maintain records and identify trends and themes in complaints and disputes

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) and the New Zealand Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL).

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Tertiary qualification in law, commerce, accounting, business, or similar is desired. You should have knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance, complaints and dispute resolution experience, and analytical skills.

As a specialist in disputes and complaints, you will be able to provide advice and ongoing maintenance of the risk and compliance framework for Australia and New Zealand.
