About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple venues, developing and implementing operational strategies, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple venues with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  • Lead high-performing teams by providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
