At Sporting Globe Bar and Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Assist in efficiently controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar.
  • Support the Venue and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue.
  • Manage the FOH operational facets of the business, ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and harness your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Hospitality Management experience.
  • Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a passion for the industry and a strong sales culture.
  • Experience in the financial aspects of a business.
  • RSA certificate.
