We are seeking an accomplished Home Lending Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role involves working closely with customers to help them find the right home loan option. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, provide exceptional customer service, and meet expected settlement targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert leads and referrals into residential loan applications
  • Provide a superior customer experience throughout the home loan process
  • Navigate the lending cycle to ensure timely and accurate results
  • Meet expected settlement targets while maintaining high customer feedback ratings
  • Pursue additional product sales opportunities from clients
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of lenders' products, policies, and service levels
Requirements
  • Exceptional professional presentation and communication skills
  • At least 3 years of current home loan lending experience
  • A proven track record in achieving sales results and business development skills
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or MFAA/FBAA accreditation would be highly regarded
