You will play a key role in being the role model to your team by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a high-quality, personalized beauty experience. You will drive a selling culture to exceed sales targets and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales revenue.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising. They will also have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help their store team members succeed. If you are passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail, this is the perfect role for you.
