About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee shifts on a rotating roster with a fixed crew. As part of our clients expansion plans, this position requires someone to showcase their leadership skills to ensure effective planning, communication, safety, detailing, and behaviours are displayed to achieve operational and production targets.

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the General Manager, and you will play a crucial role in elevating our facility to continue meeting demand and building crew capability. Surpass monthly objectives and provide unmatched services under your guidance.

  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Monitor and manage the production process, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve production goals.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues that arise during the shift. Collaborate with relevant departments to find timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, incidents, and performance metrics. Generate reports on production output, quality, and efficiency for management review.
