Bars Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bars Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Living Room Bar and WET Deck Bar. This exciting opportunity involves promoting and activating both venues with menu planning, beverage innovation, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective beverage policies and procedures throughout the property.
  • Manage compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to beverages and liquor.
  • Understand inventory control, including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, cost controls, beverage potentials, sales analysis, issue & returns, food standards, and period-end inventory.
  • Comprehend financial statements, including budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports, to assist in departmental financial management.
  • Empower staff to provide exceptional guest service and emphasize guest satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Lead the development of menus.
