Job SummaryThis pivotal role is responsible for providing support in delivering key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations as an Executive Assistant. We're looking for someone who embodies our values, brings expertise to the table, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diary and Email Management: Ensure the GM is organised, time managed, and flexible with proactive diary and email management.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and assist meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, and minute taking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and verify departments' weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and provide to other functions to inform on strategy and execution.
- Event Planning: Effective event coordination and delivery of all functions and measure success through key stakeholder feedback.
- Culture Development: Assess and contribute to creating a fun and collaborative culture across departments and teams.
- Feedback and Updates: Provide regular feedback and updates to the GM on all reporting areas of the business.
- Employee Recognition: Organise appropriate events to acknowledge employee of the quarter, staff birthdays, announcements, and relevant service awards.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability in an Executive or Personal Assistant role.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Highly developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team with a wide group of stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to influence individuals or groups to achieve better outcomes.
- Drive and Attitude: Practical approach with a drive to improve or exceed goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
