As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in high-impact projects with full visibility.

About the Role:

You will manage procurement, contractual administration of subcontractors and major suppliers, ensuring client contract requirements and company policies and procedures are applied. You will lead procurement assessments and cost planning for new developments, overseeing contract analytics and supporting contract administrators. You will coordinate and present weekly approval submissions, attend key meetings, and manage quantity surveyor outputs and expectations. You will promote compliance with our policies and procedures, monitoring and managing all commercial aspects of construction contracts, identifying financial risks. You will control costs and negotiate subcontractor terms in line with company protocols, analyzing contractor pricing, rates, and quantities for accuracy and value. You will ensure contract obligations, milestones, and payments are tracked and reported effectively, maintaining contract documentation, processing variations, and supporting financial and administrative tasks.

About You:

This role is suitable for someone with proven experience in contract administration, ideally with a strong background in procurement and financial management. Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded. You should bring assurance that comes from experience, being able to back yourself, make informed decisions, and build trusted relationships across the business.
