About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Manager with oversight of multiple project portfolios, this position has responsibility for commercial compliance and management.

The role will also interact closely with the broader delivery management team to optimise project performance in all areas.

This role can be based out of major cities across Australia.

Other responsibilities:

  • Commercial representative for commercial and compliance management of client agreements and contracts.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and perform contract administration responsibilities for project contract packages.
  • Lead and administer risk and opportunity processes within contracts to create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support delivery of financial and contractual information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide project health checks and advise Project leaders of any potential risks and or opportunities to project targets.
  • Support Commercial Manager in upstream commercial management activities including head contract compliance, governance forums, variations and contractual notices.
  • Preparation of reports, document management and maintenance of registers.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement functions including analysis of options, tender document drafting, scope preparation, tender, prequalification, selection, negotiation and award.

About You
To be successful in your application, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications accompanied by experience in contract administration/commercial management/quantity surveying on projects/contracts.
