We are seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

\
  • \
  • Planting, cultivating and harvesting crops in accordance with seasonal and crop care schedules.\
  • Operating and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal crop hydration.\
  • Sorting, packing and loading produce ready for market distribution while adhering to strict quality control standards.\
  • Operating and maintaining basic farm machinery and tools to support daily greenhouse operations.\

To excel in this role, you will possess:

\
  • \
  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.\
  • Minimum of one year (preferably more) work experience in greenhouse operations.\
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads and working at heights, in accordance with WHS regulations.\
  • Willingsness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including early morning starts.\
  • Ability to stand and walk on feet for long periods.\
  • Capacity to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.\
