About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Ballarat.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day and night shifts, as well as weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster. Key qualities include:

  • A genuine passion for retail and customer service
  • The ability to use your initiative, often responding with 'I've done it already'
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills that convey a positive tone
  • Flexibility to assist during the week, evenings and weekends too

Prior experience in fashion retail is highly regarded but not essential.
