Workplace Team Leader

This role is responsible for coordinating a team to deliver safe, efficient, and welcoming workplaces across Queensland.

  • Lead and support a team of workplace specialists.
  • Take ownership of tasks and develop innovative solutions to workplace challenges.
  • Oversee fleet vehicle management, including servicing, repairs, and insurance claims.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and run weekly new starter inductions.
  • Manage office security systems, access controls, and emergency preparedness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies through regular audits.
  • Provide front-of-house support, including AV setup, catering, and meeting room coordination.
  • Lead team meetings and foster a positive team culture.
  • Support reactive and scheduled maintenance across tenanted areas and equipment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in facilities management, office support, or events is highly valued, but not essential.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Holds a valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel across QLD offices.
  • Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and operational standards.
