About the Role:

As a Restaurant Leadership Role, you will support the General Manager in creating a dynamic and positive work environment for team members. This is a hands-on management position that requires strong leadership skills and experience in Quick Service Restaurants or hospitality.

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and leading a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurants or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage, lead, and motivate team members.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and committed.
