Internal Communications Specialist

Establish meaningful connections with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and deliver high-calibre communication products.
About the RoleThe Australian Government's policies and programs are designed and delivered by a department responsible for fostering community ties, enriching localities, and empowering our regions. This role is integral to that team.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing the development of engaging internal communication strategies and staff campaigns that cater to stakeholder needs.
- Delivering high-quality internal communication services and products to staff for senior executives, employee networks, line areas, and general staff.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain an internal key events calendar and provide support for their internal events, including promotions, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
- Compiling and evaluating analytics about key internal channels to facilitate ongoing improvements to internal communications and staff engagement.
A security clearance at baseline level or ability to obtain this is required. Employees must be Australian citizens.
