Internal Communications Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Internal Communications Specialist.

The role of the Internal Communications Specialist will involve working closely with various stakeholders to identify and share valuable information across the department. You will be responsible for monitoring a shared inbox for urgent and sensitive enquiries, identifying opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective internal communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all procurements and contracts.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and departmental colleagues to support the development of procurement processes and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying and sharing valuable information with both operators and managers.
  • Monitor the shared inbox for urgent and sensitive enquiries.
