As a member of our Front Of House team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the premises feeling valued and satisfied
  • Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional who can work effectively as part of a team, think on their feet, and demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent results.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
