Front Line Ambassador

Are you a people person looking to take your customer service skills to the next level? As a Doorperson, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing warm and engaging arrivals and departures
- Manage traffic flow on the hotel driveway to ensure a smooth experience for all guests
- Assist with guest enquiries and provide directions to ensure they feel welcome and supported throughout their stay
- Process payments efficiently and effectively for hotel guests and casual parkers
- Collaborate with the Bell Services team to deliver five-star service that exceeds guest expectations
Requirements:
- A current Australian manual driver's license is essential for this role
- Previous experience in a front-facing customer service position is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike
- Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster are also essential
