**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate individual to be the face of our team in WA as a Receptionist. This is a Permanent Full-time Opportunity from Wednesday-Sunday.

Our receptionist will be the familiar face our residents rely upon, building strong relationships through continuity of carer model. Our team love what they do and can support you in building your career at our Home.

**Where You Will Call Home**

Our Home overlooks the Railway Reserve Historical Trail and is just two minutes from Greenmount National Park.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
- A warm and personable disposition
- Effective at building internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrates initiative
- Maintain files and documentation
- General administration and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the Home

**What We Are Looking For**

- Previous experience working in a busy reception role
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
