Corporate M&A Lawyer Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work on high-value, complex corporate transactions and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for advising private and public companies across various sectors including financial services, food distribution, IT services, digital advertising, freight, retail, technology, and education.
  • You will own your matters and clients while working closely with senior lawyers, with meaningful client contact and mentoring for junior lawyers.
  • You will have exposure to mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate advisory, capital raisings (on and off market), IPOs, venture capital/private equity, MBOs/MBIs, shareholders agreements, and joint ventures.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years' PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
  • Skilled negotiator with exceptional drafting and advisory expertise.
  • Collaborative team player who mentors and supports junior lawyers.
  • Commercially astute, client-focused, and eager to develop professionally.
