**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a part-time office assistant to join our small team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and sales
  • Executing customer orders
  • Assisting with quotes and proposals
  • Data entry - booking and CRM
  • Allocating incoming jobs when required
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general office administration
  • Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Xero advantageous
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
