The Head of Compliance Advisory plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding business units with timely, risk-based regulatory advice and fostering a strong compliance culture.

  • Delivering expert compliance advice on regulatory obligations and emerging risks.
  • Overseeing compliance input into projects, regulatory change programs, and product development.
  • Driving continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and simplification.
  • Supporting annual Control Self-Assessments for Business and Retail Banking.
  • Coaching and quality assurance to ensure consistent, high-quality advice across the team.

This leadership position oversees a high-performing team (3 direct reports) across Business Support, Program Support, and Privacy functions, and represents Compliance Advisory in governance forums and strategic initiatives.
