About This Role

In pursuit of excellence in community-driven legal services, we're seeking an accomplished and independent legal professional with a strong background in employment law. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch legal services in civil, criminal, and family law cases. Your expertise in leading or contributing to community legal education and systemic advocacy is highly valued. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships with vulnerable clients and frontline partners while navigating fast-paced environments with confidence and strong IT competency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal services in various areas of law, including civil, criminal, and family law.
  • Take the lead on employment law matters, using your passion for advocacy and outreach to make the law more accessible.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, PLTs, and law students to help them grow professionally.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and build referral pathways to strengthen our network.
  • Pursue opportunities for community legal education and systemic advocacy.


Your Qualifications and Skills:
