  • Confidence to speak up on matters of importance.\
  • Experience supporting high-performing teams, especially in sales or commercial environments.\
  • Familiarity with the telco sector (a bonus, not essential).\
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.\\
