Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our hybrid team. As a key partner to the business, this individual will provide expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters.

Job Description:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and advise on complex commercial transactions.
  • Provide sound legal advice and counsel across various areas, including corporate governance, intellectual property, and consumer law.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support litigation processes and manage disputes effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, admission to practice in Australia.
  • Significant experience in-house, with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess risk quickly.
  • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
