Key Position in Pricing and Forecasting

The Senior Actuarial Analyst/Actuary is a critical member of our pricing, forecasting, and performance evaluation teams.

About the Role
  • Pricing Framework Development: Build and maintain pricing frameworks using advanced statistical models and analytical tools to assess performance and productivity.
  • Forecasting Algorithm Design: Develop and implement data-driven forecasting algorithms to evaluate portfolio performance and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Treatment Strategy Development: Collaborate with operational teams to design and monitor treatment strategies that drive business value.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead innovative analytical projects to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
  • Technical Skills: Develop strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and Excel to build effective data visualisation dashboards.
  • Board Presentations: Prepare and present insightful findings to senior leadership to inform business strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience in analytics or a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Degree-qualified in a technical discipline such as Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or Quantitative Finance.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
