Job Summary

Actuarial Enablement Director oversees key actuarial methodologies and engineering techniques to advise senior management. The role involves driving continuous improvement in processes, developing strategic vision, and managing a team of researchers and developers.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Advise senior management on actuarial methodologies and collaborate across functional teams to guide decision-making and lead development.
  • Develop and enhance strategic vision and roadmaps for solutions that enable retail and commercial lines across countries.
  • Lead the creation of efficient, scalable solutions that accelerate speed to market while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant technical standards.
  • Manage a team focused on research and development of innovative actuarial solutions and analytics.
">Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science) preferred.
  • Strong actuarial and data engineering expertise, with hands-on experience in solution design, development, and execution.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing strategic solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
