Key Role:

The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for crafting innovative, multi-faceted learning experiences that enhance the organisation's workforce capabilities. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored learning solutions that meet strategic objectives, leveraging digital learning platforms to drive engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, engaging learning solutions aligned to organisational goals.
  • Collaborate as part of a dedicated learning team to deliver impactful outcomes through a consistent, modern, and digitally enabled learning approach.
  • Design and deliver interactive workshops specialising in action planning, needs analysis, instructional design, and capability building.
  • Support the development and application of robust data and evaluation methodologies to measure learning solution effectiveness.
  • Promote partnerships with external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the business to identify learning needs, share ideas, and provide strategic input.
  • Liaise with clients using expert knowledge to anticipate their requirements and develop relevant policies, procedures, and recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to client feedback and concerns, taking responsibility to address issues or propose solutions.
