Regional Team Lead Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position for a Regional Team Leader responsible for managing and developing a regional team tasked with constructing, operating and maintaining the underground distribution network.

The successful candidate will contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise Program of Work activities, develop and implement compliance and quality standards, and drive performance and productivity within the team.

About the Role

You will have demonstrated significant experience within an electrical environment and possess leadership skills to lead a team of tradespeople/technical professionals.

  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and make decisive decisions to achieve positive outcomes
  • Proven experience with enterprise planning software
  • Possess business acumen and commercial insight capabilities, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Key Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you are required to have Australian citizenship, permanent residence, or a current valid visa that allows you to fulfil the requirements of this role.
