Electrical Services Leadership Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading a regional group responsible for constructing, operating, and maintaining the underground distribution network.

The WDL is accountable for contributing to and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Program of Work activities, ensuring compliance and quality standards, onsite audits and discussions with team members, upskilling of team members' technical skills, driving performance and productivity of the team to ensure results through collaborating with the Works Delivery Manager to enhance crew utilisation.

About You

You will have demonstrated significant experience within an electrical environment and experience leading a team of tradespeople/technical professionals.

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and take decisive action to achieve positive outcomes
  • Proven experience with enterprise planning software
  • Possess commercial acumen and business insight capabilities, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
