Lease Analyst
Job Description Summary
The Lease Analyst supports the Lease Administration team in data management, invoice processing, and preparing data for client budgets.
Additionally, the role provides administrative support to the Transaction Management team in preparing standard documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Upload fully executed lease documents to relevant systems.
Complete lease obligation summaries.
Maintain document registers, security deposit records, and insurance registers.
Generate and review draft expenditure rent rolls, flagging exceptions or variances.
Generate funding requests and analyze landlord payment inquiries.
Prepare workflows for payment adjustments and ensure non-recurring payments are processed according to lease terms.
Process purchase orders as needed.
Reconcile charges, determine outstanding payments, and prepare workflows for lease termination.
Maintain and review lease and revenue rent rolls, flagging discrepancies.
Run aged-debtors reports and prepare arrears letters.
Request Certificates of Insurance from sub-tenants, review, and upload to JDE; support year-end reconciliation of service charges.
Review sublease termination terms, reconcile accounts upon lease expiry, and track audit findings.
Maintain lease registers, validate lease file completeness, and prepare market briefs for new sites.
Validate lease data 12-24 months prior to renewal.

About You:

2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in accounts payable/receivable.
Experience in real estate lease administration or data management, preferably with multinational corporations.
Strong data management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with systems and data management tools.
