Leasing Expertise Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leasing professional to join our property and projects team. The successful candidate will manage high-volume leasing matters from instruction to completion, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing lease documents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of leasing experience in a busy, high-volume role, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Experience working with PEXA is also highly desirable.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Manage own files under supervision
    • High-volume leasing matters from instruction to completion
    • Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing all types of lease documents
    • Client correspondence
    • Maintaining and updating client precedents
About You

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leasing experience in a busy, high-volume role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Innovative mindset focused on improving client service delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality work production
  • Experience working with PEXA
  • Desirable but not required: Sharedo experience
