Senior Quality Engineer Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives and enhance our software delivery process. This role involves designing and implementing automated tests using various tools, as well as supporting manual and non-functional testing across performance, resilience, security, unit test, integration test, system test, end-to-end test, and more.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be proficient in coding and PR review skills, with experience working across all levels of testing. They should be comfortable with SQL and CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead quality initiatives that positively impact software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
This role requires:
1. Designing and implementing automated tests using C#, Cypress, Playwright, and other tools, while also supporting manual and non-functional testing when needed.
2. Producing detailed test cases with expertise in automated testing like unit test, integration test, system test, and end-to-end test.
3. Performing manual testing and conducting non-functional testing such as performance testing, resilience testing, and security testing.
4. Participating in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, providing insights and guidance on quality and testing progress.
5. Researching new technologies and their proper application, suggesting improvements for software testing, quality, and delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
