Business Transformation Project Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, owning and driving Operational Risk Events to resolution in collaboration with all key stakeholders across the business.
In addition, you will co-ordinate with internal and external auditors, execute on auditor's requests and implement remediation plans. You will also be responsible for efficient and timely implementation of regulatory changes including enhancements to existing processes and systems.
Furthermore, you will establish systems and procedures to enforce robust AML/KYC procedures. Ensure Risk, Compliance and Audit policies are adhered to across the Onboarding process.
You will take ownership and accountability of audit results, outcomes and remediations. Manage & resolve compliance gaps. Identify and implement projects to improve POC and activation.
Your role will require alignment across businesses with any nuances, including Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Operational Excellence and Operations teams.
Document Standard Operational Procedures.
