Job Opportunity: Store Leadership Role

A driven and ambitious sales leader is required to collaborate with the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising, inspiring and leading a high-performing team, with a proven track record of delivering beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets.
  • Coach and train team members to become top performers, providing feedback to support their career development.
  • Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control, merchandising to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines.
  • Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading a high-performing team, with a strong understanding of running a successful business.
  • Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences, with a passion for merchandising and stock management.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
