About the Opportunity

Our Agronomy stream will provide you with the skills and training needed to excel as a future leader or technical expert within agronomy. You'll join a cohort of ambitious graduates and participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-ground training, and be assigned mentors to provide ongoing support.

Requirements
  • Graduation prior to the commencement of the program or no more than three years ago with a Bachelor of Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
  • Showcase experience in agriculture-related fields, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
