Regional Sales Growth Manager

About the Role:
- We're seeking a sales professional who can drive business growth and customer success within a designated territory.
- This role requires building strong relationships with customers, meeting ambitious growth targets, and acting as our on-the-ground representative.
- Daily efforts should prioritize optimizing growth performance and driving value for customers.
- Closely work with cross-functional teams to share field insights and ensure our technology meets farmers' needs.
- Contribute to our mission to make 50% of the world's habitable land more productive and sustainable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through outreach, referrals, events, and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Manage the full sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships post-sale, support onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop deep relationships with regional agricultural groups.
