We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our IT Helpdesk team.

Job Description

Lead and empower our IT Helpdesk team to deliver outstanding customer service and support business growth. Manage and mentor the team, overseeing daily operations, quality assurance, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance, training, and development opportunities. Ensure high-quality customer service and identify areas for improvement. Report on performance and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a Senior Team Leader IT Service Desk Role
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration and Active Directory
