Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial institutions team in Sydney.

  • Conduct Market and Industry Research: You will conduct thorough market and industry research within the financial institutions sector, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Organize Marketing Materials: You will be responsible for organizing and preparing marketing materials, presentations, and assisting in client relationship management.
  • Develop Valuation Models: You will assist in the development of valuation models, pro-forma financial statements, and comparable company analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Investment Banking or boutique advisory experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of track record in Australian M&A transactions.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • The ability to excel under pressure with demanding deadlines.
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork.
  • A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
