Job Title: Financial Institutions Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Corporate Finance business.

  • Originate and execute financial transactions with a strong focus on financial institutions coverage
  • Conduct due diligence of clients and markets to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and review deal documentation and internal approvals
  • Participate in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
  • Handle day-to-day client queries on all execution related matters
  • Attend client meetings, including execution and pitches

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Corporate Finance.

A strong foundation in quantitative skills, including financial models and valuation techniques, is essential.

Commercial acumen and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
